Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Jund lands midrange list commanded by Lord Windgrace. Its strategy revolves around accelerating mana via low-cost exploration effects, filling the graveyard with fetchlands and utility lands, and generating massive card advantage through repeatable recursion engines like Crucible of Worlds, Life from the Loam, and The Gitrog Monster. The deck exerts proactive board control by recurring disruptive lands such as Strip Mine and Bojuka Bog while answering opposing threats with a versatile removal suite including Assassin's Trophy and Toxic Deluge. It transitions to a win on Turn 5 by resolving explosive landfall payoffs like Scapeshift, Field of the Dead, Avenger of Zendikar, or creating a 20/20 Marit Lage token via Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage. The resulting token armies close out the game through overwhelming combat damage across two combat cycles by Turn 7.
