Commander: Doctor Doom, King of Latveria

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Grixis "Villain tribal" attrition deck built around discard, connive, and play-from-exile synergies. Doctor Doom, King of Latveria turns every discarded land into 2 damage to each opponent, and his combat trigger turns the best Villain into a menace conniving attacker. The 99 is dense with Villain legends and token producers such as Madame Hydra, Endless Ranks of HYDRA, and Age of Ultron, supported by discard/rebuy engines like Currency Converter, Moonstone, Harsh Mistress, Containment Construct, and Doom's Time Platform. The deck wins through repeatable drain from Doctor Doom, Purphoros, God of the Forge triggers, and a wide Villain combat finish powered by The Squadron Sinister and Helm of the Host. There are no compact infinite combos; the plan is to out-value the table and close through incremental reach plus an overwhelming board.
