Deck overview

This Grixis combo deck leverages high-velocity mana acceleration, efficient tutors, and compact win conditions. While Sauron, Lord of the Rings sits in the command zone as an eight-mana recursive threat and army generator, the primary game plan operates independently of him. The deck focuses on assembling immediate game-winning combinations, most notably Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation to exile the library and secure an instant victory. Alternative paths include looping damage with Sanguine Bond alongside Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror, and massive damage redirects with Toralf, God of Fury and board sweepers like Blasphemous Act.
