Raffine final by Dagon

Format: Commander

Commander: Raffine, Scheming Seer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Raffine, Scheming Seer leads an Esper connive and discard-value deck that wins through incremental combat. You attack with multiple evasive creatures, trigger Raffine to connive X, filter cards, grow attackers with +1/+1 counters, and fuel discard payoffs. Hashaton, Scarab's Fist acts as a hidden commander, turning every discarded creature into a 4/4 Zombie, while Archfiend of Ifnir and Currency Converter punish or reward discards. Secondary paths use efficient reanimation (Reanimate, Animate Dead, Living Death) to cheat large threats like Elesh Norn and Jin-Gitaxias. Raffine is the primary draw engine, not a combo piece, and the deck can grind without her.
