Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Grixis spellslinger strategy led by Fire Lord Azula. Azula turns every combat phase into a spell-duplication engine by producing {R}{R} firebending mana and copying every spell cast while she attacks. The deck sets up with early cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer and Stormcatch Mentor before deploying Azula on Turn 3 or 4. Once attacking, instant-speed rituals such as Seething Song and card draw spells like Frantic Search double their output, fueling huge mana reserves and storm counts alongside magecraft engines like Storm-Kiln Artist and Archmage Emeritus. The game ends through table-wide copied burn spells like Comet Storm and Electrodominance, or via the compact Dualcaster Mage and Ghostly Flicker infinite mana loop. Layered protection from Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, Veilstone Amulet, and countermagic shields the winning turn.
