Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Ghave, Guru of Spores commands a versatile Abzan combo-aristocrats engine that converts +1/+1 counters and creature tokens into infinite loops. The deck accelerates through early mana dorks and fast artifacts to deploy Ghave alongside key combo pieces like Ashnod's Altar, Earthcraft, or an undying creature such as Young Wolf or Geralf's Messenger. Counter modifiers like Hardened Scales and token doublers like Anointed Procession create self-sustaining loops that generate infinite mana and creature tokens. The deck secures victory by draining opponents through Blood Artist, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, or Mirkwood Bats while using turn-protection spells like Grand Abolisher and Silence to prevent enemy interaction.
