Deck overview

Saruman, the White Hand pilots a Grixis amass engine that converts every noncreature spell into a swelling Orc Army. The deck layers the amass mechanic onto a Goblin-token subtheme - Krenko, Mob Boss, Empty the Warrens, and a host of goblin amass creatures - and surrounds it with a Grixis control shell of counterspells, spot removal, and repeatable card draw. The primary path to victory is combat: grow a single Army token with Saruman's triggers, grant it evasion (menace from Great Ugly-Looking Goblin and Goblin Plate Mail, flying from Falcon's Wing Harness, unblockable via Rogue's Passage or My Precious), and swing for lethal. Secondary channels include The Great Goblin's ping damage, a storm-fueled Empty the Warrens, and the lone Beacon of Tomorrows extra turn. This is a patient, midrange value deck that out-grinds opponents rather than assembling a fast combo.
