Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Jeskai Spellslinger list led by Narset, Enlightened Exile. The strategy focuses on establishing early creature presence with token generators like Young Pyromancer and prowess enablers like Leonin Lightscribe, followed by casting Narset on curve. Once Narset attacks, she grants universal prowess to the board and casts valuable noncreature spells directly from any graveyard for free. The deck leverages high densities of one-mana cantrips—such as Crash Through, Slip Through Space, and Consider—to trigger multiple prowess stacks in a single turn while keeping hand size healthy through draw engines like Whirlwind of Thought. Combat finishers like Akroma's Will and Bria, Riptide Rogue provide evasion and lethal damage bursts. Strong defensive interaction, including Deflecting Swat, Teferi's Protection, and efficient countermagic, keeps Narset protected during critical attack windows.
