Deck overview

This mono-blue tempo deck is led by Lyra, Tolarian Archangel, which creates a 3/3 flying Angel token whenever you draw three or more cards in a single turn. The deck leverages efficient cantrips, burst draw spells, and cost reducers to trigger Lyra consistently on your own turns and opponents' turns. Redundant payoffs like Ominous Seas, Homunculus Horde, and Psychosis Crawler turn card velocity into massive ground threats, token swarms, and direct life loss. An extensive counterspell package and bounce sweepers protect your board state while disrupting opposing win conditions, allowing you to close out games through overwhelming aerial combat.
