Commander: The Second Doctor and Vislor Turlough

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a draw-punisher and pillow-fort deck built around The Second Doctor and Vislor Turlough. There is no hidden commander. The Doctor invites opponents to draw at end step while discouraging attacks; Vislor is a forced extra draw that can be loaned to an opponent as a goaded liability. The plan stacks opponent-draw damage triggers-Underworld Dreams, Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted, Sheoldred, Fate Unraveler-with global draw effects such as Howling Mine and Temple Bell, then uses hand-size rack effects or Approach of the Second Sun to close. Cheap counters, Ghostly Prison effects, and protection spells let the group-hug survive long enough for incremental drains to kill.
