Deck overview

This is a focused Nekusar, the Mindrazer wheel-and-punish deck in Grixis colors. The core plan is to force opponents to draw cards and convert every single draw into damage. Nekusar pings each opponent for 1 per card drawn, and a dense stack of punishers - Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Orcish Bowmasters, Phyrexian Tyranny, Fevered Visions, Iron Maiden, and Viseling - multiplies that damage. Wheel effects like Windfall, Wheel of Misfortune, Whispering Madness, Magus of the Wheel, and Dragon Mage refill hands and trigger every punisher at once. Peer into the Abyss serves as a one-card finisher, while Triskaidekaphile offers an alternate win condition. The deck is heavily interactive, running 10 counterspells including 5 free spells, making it a draw-go control shell that wins through inevitability-by-answer-density rather than a single fragile combo.
