New Untitled Deck by user1982841

Format: Commander

Commander: Kami of the Crescent Moon

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kami of the Crescent Moon is the first of many howling-mine effects in a mono-blue group-hug draw deck. The primary plan is to fill everyone's hand, then finish with Atemsis, All-Seeing attacking with six different mana values in hand. Laboratory Maniac provides a secondary self-mill win through Tomoya, Mathemagics, or Prosperity; Folio of Fancies offers a slow mill-out. Reed Richards acts as a hidden commander, multiplying the first extra draw each turn into four draws. The commander is a replacement-level draw engine rather than a combo piece, and the deck can function if Kami never resolves. A dense counterspell package protects the critical turn. The deck deliberately gives opponents cards, relying on speed and stack interaction to convert symmetric draw into a single-turn kill.
