This deck is an optimized Boros midrange-combo list led by The Jolly Balloon Man. The commander leverages haste and a cheap tap ability to create 1/1 flying, hasty Balloon copies of utility creatures, generating immense card advantage, ramp, and board control from enters-the-battlefield triggers. The deck accelerates on Turn 2 with efficient mana rocks, curves into its commander on Turn 3, and establishes a repeatable value engine on Turn 4. Its primary win condition is an infinite creature loop using Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combined with untap creatures such as Village Bell-Ringer, Felidar Guardian, or Zealous Conscripts, closing out games on Turn 5 with zero opponent response cycles. As an alternate path, token doublers like Anointed Procession and Mondrak, Glory Dominus combine with group burn from Impact Tremors, Molten Gatekeeper, and Warleader's Call to drain the table through sheer token production.
