Commander: Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER is a Naya equipment-voltron commander: haste, an ETB attach, attack-trigger card draw, and Treasure generation when he hits 7 power. The primary plan is to accelerate a power-boosting Equipment onto Cloud, attack to draw and make mana, then finish with double strike and extra combat. Secondary paths use Tifa, Martial Artist, Sephiroth, Armored Skyhunter, and Stonehewer Giant as equipped beaters and tutors. Tifa is the hidden commander, providing a second combat phase once she or another modified creature deals damage at 7+ power. The deck is tutor-heavy and protection-heavy, but artifact-dependent and vulnerable to enchantment-based hate.
