The Warlord by UMBRA150

Format: Commander

Commander: Tsagan, Raider Warlord

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Mardu go-wide combat aggro deck helmed by Tsagan, Raider Warlord that leverages first strike, double strike, and the speed mechanic to overwhelm multiplayer tables. The primary plan deploys a dense suite of first-/double-strike creatures and token generators (Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Ainok Strike Leader, Endless Foot Assault), then attacks to pump the team via Tsagan while racing speed to 4 for deathtouch and universal first strike. Extra-combat enablers and attack-trigger doublers (Karlach, Fury of Avernus, Isshin, Two Heavens as One, Windcrag Siege) turn single swings into lethal multiplayer damage. Secondary paths include drain from Commissar Severina Raine and Assault Intercessor, treasure engines feeding further pressure, and equipment finishers like Embercleave. The deck wins through relentless combat inevitability rather than combos, with strong protection to keep the board sticky.
