Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-Green Bear Stompy list commanded by Beorn the Fierce. The primary strategy focuses on deploying early mana dorks and ramp artifacts on turns 1-3 to accelerate into Beorn by Turn 4. Beorn provides an immediate +2/+2 lord effect to Bears, grants permanent trample counters, converts other utility creatures into Bears, and provides repeatable two-card draw on every combat step where three Bears are controlled. The deck transitions this card advantage and board presence into game-ending combat steps on turns 5-7 using trampling beaters like Hydra Omnivore, Aggressive Mammoth, and finishers like Craterhoof Behemoth and Return of the Wildspeaker. Defensively, the deck leverages totem armor umbras and hexproof equipment to shield key threats. While highly resilient to targeted removal and capable of recovering quickly from sweepers via abundant card draw, the list lacks stack interaction, tutor density, and stax elements, relying purely on proactive combat pressure.
