Prismari Precon+ by SlamminInky

Format: Commander

Commander: Rootha, Mastering the Moment

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The deck is a spell-slinging token army built around Rootha, Mastering the Moment. Each turn it converts an instant or sorcery into a flying Elemental whose size matches the largest mana value among spells cast that turn, while Magecraft permanents such as Veyran, Prismari Pianist, and Storm-Kiln Artist turn those cheap casts into extra tokens, card draw, and Treasure. Secondary paths leverage Rionya and Brudiclad to multiply the best token, and Prismari, the Inspiration acts as a hidden finisher by giving every instant and sorcery storm. The deck closes with a wide hasty board, using Full Throttle's three combat phases or Surge to Victory's pump-and-recast effect, and recovers through Mystic Sanctuary and flashback draw spells.
