Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil the Strategist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thranduil the Strategist is the only commander, and the deck is built around both of his keyword faces: other Elves become mana dorks, and every landfall makes a 1/1 Elf token. The primary plan is to flood the board with Elf tokens through landfall, token doublers, and mass Elf token spells, then turn the swarm into a one-turn lethal attack with Craterhoof Behemoth. A secondary path is to make a single large Elf via Mirkwood Channeler or Immaculate Magistrate and use lords/trample to undermine one player at a time. There is no double-faced commander; Thranduil, Sindarin Liege // Silvan Rally is same-name redundancy in the 99, not an alternate commander face.
