This deck executes a polymorph control game plan commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. Instead of running small utility creatures, the 99 contains exclusively high-impact, expensive bombs alongside noncreature token generators. In the opening turns, the deck accelerates its mana with 2-CMC rocks and establishes cheap token engines such as Skrelv's Hive and Dreadhorde Invasion.
