Attempted Murder by Winnugami

Format: Commander

Commander: Rendmaw, Creaking Nest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari deck harnesses Rendmaw, Creaking Nest to flood the battlefield with goaded 2/2 Bird tokens whenever you play multi-type cards like artifact creatures, enchantment creatures, or kindred spells. Because the goaded Birds are forced to attack other players, Rendmaw accelerates game pace while protecting your own life total. You leverage this continuous creature churn through sacrifice outlets, group drain effects, and death triggers. The deck clinches victory by executing one-sided sweepers like Massacre Wurm or Ezuri's Predation against the accumulated Birds, accumulating massive Treasure piles for a Revel in Riches upkeep win, or overwhelming surviving opponents with top-end threats.
