Commander: Zurgo Stormrender

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an aggressive Mardu token deck built to turn Zurgo Stormrender's attack triggers into an ever-growing swarm and a card draw engine. Each end step, the freshly-made Warriors die while attacking, so Zurgo converts them into cards; Isshin, Windcrag Siege and Caesar double or multiply those triggers, while Elspeth Storm Slayer and Elesh Norn multiply token output. The deck plans to finish via a wide combat alpha strike with Aurelia's extra combat, backed by drain effects like Mirkwood Bats, Throne of the God-Pharaoh and Ninja Teen. Caesar acts as a hidden backup commander and Isshin as a force-multiplying lieutenant. Cheap disruption, mass protection, and two premium tutors round out the game plan.
