Golgari Poison by user1661210

Format: Commander

Commander: The Serpent Society

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Golgari deathtouch tribal deck helmed by The Serpent Society, built to dominate the board through consistent creature removal and accelerate into poison kills. The commander's sacrifice edict keeps opponent boards clear, while the deathtouch redundancy enables powerful draw engines like Ohran Frostfang and Toski, Bearer of Secrets. The primary win condition is poison via Fynn, the Fangbearer combined with deathtouch damage, accelerated by proliferate effects and finishers like Triumph of the Hordes. Secondary paths include life-drain from Sheoldred, the Apocalypse or a Bolas's Citadel + Aetherflux Reservoir storm line. The deck leverages an explosive fast-mana base (Mox Diamond, Chrome Mox, Mana Vault) and premium tutors (Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor) to consistently find its key pieces and pressure opponents from turn 3 onward.
