Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a creature-heavy Temur value engine helmed by Animar, Soul of Elements. The primary game plan is to deploy Animar early, then use his cost-reduction ability to chain out massive threats like Craterhoof Behemoth, Avenger of Zendikar, and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger at a steep discount. The deck generates card advantage through repeatable draw engines tied to creature casts or ETBs, and it packs a robust interaction suite to protect its board. Victory is overwhelmingly achieved through combat, either via an overrun effect or a single overwhelming attack from an evasive, huge creature.
