Hylda v0.1 by Copycat

Format: Commander

Commander: Hylda of the Icy Crown

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Hylda of the Icy Crown is a repeatable tap-payoff engine: every tap of an opponent's untapped creature can be turned into a 4/4 Elemental, a team-wide counter, or a card for {1}. The deck builds a tempo-control shell with counterspells, tap outlets, and tax effects, then converts that shell into a token swarm doubled by Anointed Procession and Bard, King of Dale. It wins either by attacking with that swarm or by using the same draw engines to double-cast Approach of the Second Sun. Hylda is the core; if she stays offline, the deck is a slow Azorius control list with no compact endgame. No true hidden commander exists, but Ephara, Gadwick, and Sharae act as supporting engines.
