Deck overview

Killian, Decisive Mentor is an Orzhov Aura-voltron deck that uses enchantment-enter triggers to goad and tap opposing creatures while turning Aura attacks into card draw. The primary plan is to suit Killian (or Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice, which acts as a hidden commander) with cheap Auras, grow power through Ethereal Armor and All That Glitters, and close with commander damage from Battle Mastery or Eldrazi Conscription. Secondary paths are flying token swarms from Sigil of the Empty Throne, Hallowed Haunting, and Archon of Sun's Grace, plus mass recursion from Replenish and Retether after a wipe. Killian is the engine: his goad trigger controls combat and his attack trigger keeps the hand full.
