Deck overview

This deck is a Boros Dwarf tribal and Equipment aggro deck helmed by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The primary strategy focuses on deploying an army of low-cost Dwarves during the early turns, establishing Equipment and legendary synergies, and landing Thorin to generate Treasure tokens that scale the entire team's power. Once assembled, the deck pivots into aggressive combat phases, leveraging artifact token counts to pump attackers while utilizing evasion pieces like Akroma's Will, Trailblazer's Boots, and double-strike enablers like Brass Knuckles and Dáin Ironfoot to punch through opposing defenses. High-end threats like Moonshaker Cavalry, Aurelia, the Warleader, and Hellkite Tyrant provide alternate closing lines. While resilient to single-target removal thanks to baked-in ward, hexproof, and shroud equipment, the deck relies heavily on combat damage and remains susceptible to repeated board sweepers.
