Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aristocrats Reanimator strategy commanded by Shilgengar, Sire of Famine. The primary game plan accelerates early mana through artifacts like Sol Ring, Dark Ritual, and Talisman of Hierarchy while stocking the graveyard using efficient mill and tutors such as Buried Alive, Entomb, and Ripples of Undeath. Once Shilgengar enters the battlefield, sacrificing Angel or Changeling creatures—such as Youthful Valkyrie, Giada, Font of Hope, or Three Tree Mascot—rapidly yields the six Blood tokens required to trigger its mass reanimation ability. When activated, Shilgengar resurrects the entire graveyard, triggering multiple enter-the-battlefield and drain effects. The primary win condition executes an infinite life-drain loop by reanimating Bloodthirsty Conqueror alongside Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or Marauding Blight-Priest, finishing all three opponents in a single decisive turn.
