New Untitled Deck by TheLucidRealm

Format: Commander

Commander: Nicol Bolas

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck executes a classic Grixis control and discard attrition game plan themed around Nicol Bolas. The strategy focuses on depleting opponents resources through repeated discard effects from creatures like Hypnotic Specter and spells like Syphon Mind, while managing the board with spot removal and sweepers like Crux of Fate. Discard punishment engines such as Megrim, Fell Specter, and Raiders Wake turn enemy hand disruption into direct life loss. As opponents run out of cards, the deck transitions to closing the game through high-cost evasive threats, powerful planeswalkers like Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh, and commander combat damage backed by Bolas hand-emptying strike.
