Old Rutstein by Orzhov667

Format: Commander

Commander: Old Rutstein

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Old Rutstein leads a Golgari self-mill and reanimation deck that fills its graveyard while generating tokens and treasures. The commander's upkeep trigger provides steady value, and the deck then reanimates high-impact demons and recurs lands to out-size opponents. Syr Konrad turns every milled creature into global damage, giving a second axis that can win without combat. The deck is a grindy value engine that uses cards like Lumra, Bellow of the Woods and Rumbleweed as finishers, while Reanimate and Dread Return cheat them into play ahead of curve. Old Rutstein is the early engine, but the deck can operate through other millers if necessary.
