Deck overview

This is a Bant control/prison deck that uses resource denial (Winter Orb, Armageddon, Moat, Primal Order) to slow the table while it assembles a small number of evasive or trampling threats. Phelddagrif is a political commander: its activated abilities buy deals and give it flying/trample, and its bounce mode protects it from removal. The primary plan is to land a stax piece, then kill with commander damage or a big creature such as Polar Kraken or Gargantuan Gorilla. Secondary paths include Eureka to cheat permanents, Serpent Generator poison, and life-total tricks with Mirror Universe. The deck is not a combo deck; it wins through incremental combat and attrition. There is no hidden commander.
