Deck overview

This Orzhov Party Midrange deck pairs Burakos, Party Leader with Folk Hero to create a fast, resilient creature engine. Burakos counts as all four party types—Cleric, Rogue, Warrior, and Wizard—and produces up to four Treasure tokens while draining opponents whenever it attacks. Folk Hero turns nearly every creature in the 99 into a cantrip, drawing a card each turn. The deck curves low-cost party members on early turns, casts Burakos by Turn 4, and uses the burst of Treasure mana to deploy board-wide finishers like Mirror Entity, Jazal Goldmane, Squad Commander, and Nalia de'Arnise. High-density instant-speed removal spells like Deadly Alliance and Dire Tactics protect your life total and disrupt opponents at low mana costs thanks to party discounts. Supported by protection pieces like Selfless Spirit and Your Temple Is Under Attack, the deck consistently closes games around Turn 7 through overwhelming combat pressure and life drain.
