This five-color deck partners Cecily, Haunted Mage and Othelm, Sigardian Outcast to execute a spellslinger control strategy centered on massive hand size and high-cost spell cheating. The early game focuses on establishing smooth mana via an optimal land base while deploying persistent draw engines like Rhystic Study and Archmage Emeritus. Low-cost cantrips sculpt the hand, protect the board, and expand card count toward the eleven-card threshold required by Cecily. Once Cecily attacks with a full hand, she casts game-ending sorceries such as Enter the Infinite, Time Stretch, or Rise of the Eldrazi for free. Resolving Enter the Infinite allows the deck to immediately draw the library and deploy Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac with counterspell backup. If the commander is disrupted, the deck pivots into hardcasting high-impact extra turn spells or utilizing Othelm to recur key creatures.
