Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Mono-Green Stompy strategy commanded by Kodama of the West Tree. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost modified creatures and leveraging Kodama's passive ability to grant them trample. When these modified attackers connect with opponents, Kodama fetches basic Forest cards directly onto the battlefield tapped. This steady influx of lands fuels explosive landfall triggers and provides the mana needed to cast potent counter doublers, power amplifiers, and large beaters. Cards like Kalonian Hydra, Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider, Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, and Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus rapidly scale the board from modest threats into an overwhelming, table-ending combat wave. Resilient protection spells shield the army against board sweepers, while card draw engines keep the hand replenished throughout the mid-game.
