Deck overview

This is a Naya Equipment midrange-aggro deck helmed by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The plan is simple and violent: ramp into Cloud, auto-attach a payoff Equipment on ETB, then attack immediately (haste) to draw cards off every equipped attacker and mint Treasures once he is power 7+. Dense cheap Equipment (Colossus Hammer, Buster Sword, Genji Glove, swords and boots), equip-cost reducers (Puresteel Paladin, Forge Anew, Cid, Freeflier Pilot), and extra-combat payoffs (Genji Glove, Tifa, Martial Artist) turn those attacks into multi-combat kills. A second Cloud-Cloud, Midgar Mercenary-tutors Equipment and doubles triggers, while Sram, Senior Edificer and combat Treasure makers keep the hand full. Primary wins are combat eliminations; secondary lines include compact combo finishes and Walking Ballista reach. The deck plays as a proactive, well-protected beatdown deck that converts Equipment into cards, mana, and lethal boards.
