Deck overview

This deck is a Boros equipment voltron and aggro strategy commanded by Sami, Wildcat Captain. Sami brings innate double strike and vigilance while granting all spells affinity for artifacts, turning cheap equipment and mana rocks into substantial cost reductions for commander deployment and high-mana payoffs. The primary game plan focuses on setting up cheap artifacts in the opening turns, deploying Sami on Turn 4, and attaching massive power multipliers like Colossus Hammer or Blackblade Reforged on Turn 5. Due to Sami's double strike, a single swing deals lethal commander damage to one opponent at a time, closing the game across subsequent turns. The deck features strong redundancy in equipment tutors, free attachment enablers like Sigarda's Aid and Puresteel Paladin, and card draw engines like Wyleth, Soul of Steel and Sram, Senior Edificer. A compact backup win condition is available through Godo, Bandit Warlord and Helm of the Host, providing infinite combat steps.
