Deck overview

This Dimir Zombie deck plays as a sac-driven combo/aristocrats list. Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver is both a token generator and card-draw engine, sacrificing decayed Zombies each end step to dig for combo pieces. The primary winning loop is Gravecrawler plus a mana altar (Phyrexian or Ashnod's) and a death-trigger drain such as Plague Belcher or Diregraf Captain. Buried Alive, Entomb, and Diabolic Intent assemble the pieces, while reanimation spells put them on the battlefield. The secondary plan is a Zombie horde from Field of the Dead and Diregraf Colossus, finished by Gray Merchant of Asphodel. Poppet Stitcher//Poppet Factory acts as a hidden commander, turning decayed tokens into 3/3s and enabling endless token generation.
