Commander: The Wise Mothman

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a Sultai combo-control deck that treats The Wise Mothman as incidental value rather than as the engine. The primary plan is a compact tutor-into-Thassa's Oracle shell: Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact empties the library, and the Oracle's trigger wins the game. A second, fully independent loop packages Food Chain with either Misthollow Griffin or Eternal Scourge to generate unlimited creature-only mana, then fires a gigantic Walking Ballista. Fast mana such as Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Dark Ritual, Chrome Mox, and Mox Diamond, a deep one- and two-mana tutor suite, and six free interaction spells allow the deck to win quickly while defending the stack. The commander's rad counters and milling feed backup synergies like Agatha's Soul Cauldron and Six, but every combo line functions at full capacity without ever casting Mothman.
