Phelddagrif's political abilities buy time and goodwill, but the real engine is a group-hug draw package that turns every opponent draw into your card advantage and ultimately mills the table. Pillow forts (Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Sphere of Safety) keep the board from punishing you while draw enchantments (Howling Mine, Font of Mythos, Dictate of Kruphix) fill hands. Psychic Corrosion, Teferi's Tutelage, Sphinx's Tutelage, and The Water Crystal convert that draw flow into mill. Consecrated Sphinx multiplies opponent draws into your own, accelerating the clock; Laboratory Maniac and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries provide an alternate self-mill finish.
