Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is commanded by Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and operates as an aggressive aristocrats combo engine centered on cheating low-power creatures directly from the bottom of the library onto the battlefield. By casting Grenzo for two mana as a 2/2, the deck maximizes hits among dozens of utility creatures, sacrifice outlets, and combo pieces. The primary win condition revolves around infinite persist loops—most notably Murderous Redcap paired with Metallic Mimic and a sacrifice outlet—which deals lethal damage to the table in a single turn. Alternative paths include the Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank infinite mill-and-drain synergy, as well as Workhorse mana loops. The deck features extreme density in aristocrat payoffs like Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat, supported by graveyard-to-bottom cyclers such as Tomb Trawler and Tel-Jilad Stylus. While the list boasts rapid combo finishes and strong recovery, its main vulnerabilities lie in minimal stack interaction and susceptibility to targeted graveyard exile.
