Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger and storm deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as a scaling mana engine, a growing threat, and a win condition in the command zone. Each noncreature spell cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent. Vivi can then tap into its accumulated power once per turn to add that much blue and red mana. The deck accelerates into Vivi on Turn 3, establishes spell-trigger doublers like Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality or draw engines like Archmage Emeritus on Turn 4, and executes an explosive storm turn on Turn 5. By chaining cheap cantrips, rituals, and burn triggers, the deck rapidly depletes opposing life totals in a single turn or casts a massive Crackle with Power. Robust interaction and protection spells defend the combo window.
