This mono-white deck is a blink-value engine helmed by Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd. Phelia's attack trigger exiles a nonland permanent and returns it at the next end step, providing repeatable temporary removal or ETB reuse. The deck is packed with creatures that generate advantage on entry-Flickerwisp, Skyclave Apparition, Recruiter of the Guard, Solitude-and a suite of flicker spells (Cloudshift, Ephemerate, Eerie Interlude, Teleportation Circle) that multiply those triggers.
