Deck overview

This deck is commanded by Council of Reeds, which bypasses the legend rule and duplicates itself at combat whenever you cast a noncreature spell. By chaining low-cost artifacts, cantrips, and interaction, the deck doubles its commander count each turn, snowballing from 2 to 4, 8, and 16 copies. This wide board of legendary 2/2s fuels overwhelming mana generation through Relic of Legends, massive card draw via Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards, and a crushing soft lock with Opposition. The deck closes games through exponential combat damage amplified by clone effects, or through devastating mill packages featuring Bruvac the Grandiloquent, kicked Maddening Cacophony, Court of Cunning, and The Mindskinner. A deep suite of efficient blue interaction, counterspells, and one-sided bounce wipes like Cyclonic Rift and Raise the Palisade ensures the board stays clear while your Council replicates out of control.
