Deck overview

This Izzet deck builds around Ovika, Enigma Goliath to turn big noncreature spells into hasty 1/1 Phyrexian Goblins. Ovika costs seven mana, so the plan is to ramp, reduce costs, then cast one or two high-value spells in a turn to create 6-10 tokens at once. Those tokens attack immediately and trigger ping enchantments and enter effects to wear down all three opponents. Without Ovika the deck has little token production and must rely on small incremental damage, so it plays as a slow, combat-based go-wide deck with no infinite combo.
