Commander: Radagast of Rhosgobel

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Radagast of Rhosgobel is a mono-green Bear-tribal commander who lets the first creature spell each turn cost {2} less and be cast with flash. The deck's primary plan is to curve cheap Bears into Radagast, then use his discount to deploy a Bear at instant speed plus another creature every turn. Beorn the Fierce acts as a hidden commander-grade lord, pumping other Bears and drawing cards, while Goreclaw, Herald's Horn, and Rhonas's Monument accelerate multi-spell turns. Landfall payoffs, token makers, and massive draw spells fill the board, and trample finishers such as Overwhelming Stampede and Unnatural Growth punch through for lethal. It has no counterspells, so it relies on speed and protection rather than stack interaction.
