Format: Commander

Commander: Aang, at the Crossroads // Aang, Destined Savior

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bant blink-value deck built around the front face of Aang, at the Crossroads. The primary plan is to cast Aang on turn 3, use his ETB to put a cheap creature into play, then repeatedly blink him with Brago, Emiel, Cloudshift, and similar effects to chain enter-the-battlefield triggers, ramp, and draw. The back face, Aang, Destined Savior, is a secondary land-animation combat mode that synergizes with Toph, Ba Sing Se, and Earthshape, but the deck is not built around it. Secondary paths are Abdel Adrian soldier generation and a Craterhoof/Moonshaker/Stampede overrun. The hidden commander is Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, whose blink loop creates the token board that makes the finisher lethal.
