Deck overview

This deck is a Naya aggro-midrange strategy built around Toph, the First Metalbender and the earthbend mechanic. The primary game plan turns lands and nontoken artifacts into aggressive, resilient creature threats that continuously scale with +1/+1 counters. Because earthbent permanents return to the battlefield tapped upon dying or being exiled, the deck maintains high board resilience against conventional removal and sweepers. Acceleration pieces allow Toph to land on Turn 3 or 4, establishing an immediate earthbending engine. By Turn 5, powerful multipliers like Bumi, Unleashed, Toph, Greatest Earthbender, and The Earth Crystal convert this mana base into massive double-striking and extra-combat assaults. The deck protects its board through cards like Heroic Intervention and Earthshape while utilizing efficient spot removal to clear opposing threats. It closes games by Turn 7 via overwhelming combat damage.
