Format: Commander

Commander: Trostani, Selesnya's Voice

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya life-gain/populate token deck that treats the life total as both a resource and a win condition. Every creature that enters triggers Trostani, Selesnya's Voice for life equal to its toughness, and that life fuels payoffs like Archangel of Thune, Nykthos Paragon, Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn, and Crested Sunmare, while populate effects - Growing Ranks, Rhys the Redeemed, Song of the Worldsoul, and Trostani herself - turn one good token into a legion. The deck has no infinite combos; it wins through overwhelming combat, typically via Storm Herd or Ghalta and Mavren armies, a one-turn Finale of Devastation overrun, or the Aetherflux Reservoir + Invincible Hymn life-dump. It is a slow, incremental midrange strategy that wins by building an unstoppable board and outpacing opponents on life rather than racing them.
