Deck overview

This Sultai Elf deck is commanded by Thranduil, the Elvenking, turning the graveyard into an expansive toolbox of activated abilities. By deploying low-cost mana dorks on Turns 1 and 2, the deck rapidly accelerates into entombment effects such as Buried Alive or Jarad's Orders. The primary victory path relies on entombing Devoted Druid and Greenhilt Trainee. Because Thranduil possesses 5 base power, he can tap to grant himself +4/+4 via Greenhilt Trainee and untap himself with Devoted Druid's -1/-1 counter ability, generating infinite power, toughness, and green mana. Sinking this mana into Ezuri, Renegade Leader's overrun ability grants the entire team infinite stats and trample for a Turn 4 same-turn kill.
