Deck overview

This Orzhov Aristocrats deck uses Teysa Karlov to generate high card velocity and life drain by doubling death triggers. Its main plan builds an engine of sacrifice outlets, recurring fodder, card draw, and drain payoffs. The deck reaches critical onset when assembling Pitiless Plunderer, Reassembling Skeleton, a sacrifice outlet like Viscera Seer, and a drain piece like Blood Artist, generating infinite mana and life drain in a single turn. In addition, Bolas's Citadel and mass reanimation spells like Living Death provide powerful alternate paths to victory. The deck excels at card advantage and recovers quickly from board wipes thanks to deep recursion. However, the plan depends heavily on creature permanents remaining on the battlefield and lacks protective spells and stack interaction. Adding protection pieces such as Grand Abolisher or Teferi's Protection would greatly increase its resilience against opposing disruption.
