Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck is engineered to deploy Ghalta, Primal Hunger well ahead of curve by maximizing power-to-mana efficiency. Early turns focus on accelerating with 1-drop mana dorks and resolving over-statted beaters like Pugnacious Hammerskull and Gigantosaurus. Once creature power hits 10 or more, Ghalta costs only {G}{G} to cast. The deck sustains its hand through power-triggered card draw engines such as Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, and Rishkar's Expertise, refilling resources whenever massive Dinosaurs enter. Combat lethality scales rapidly through power multipliers including Berserk, The Skullspore Nexus, Unnatural Growth, and Overwhelming Stampede, enabling sequential player eliminations starting on Turn 5. A robust suite of low-cost hexproof and indestructible protection spells shields key threats from targeted removal and damage-based sweepers, while resilient backup beaters like Tyrranax Rex maintain formidable pressure even if Ghalta is delayed.
